SuG going major

Visual-kei band SuG has announced that on January 27, 2010, they will make their major label debut with a new single titled “gr8 story.” The single will be released under the Pony Canyon label.

SuG broke the news during a live show on November 30, and their official website was updated the same day.

The band formed in 2006 and have so far released several singles and albums, and many of them were near the top of the indies charts while also doing well on the general charts. Their latest single “P!NK masquerade.” was released last month and ranked #40 in the general charts. Their one before that, “Life 2 Die,” went on sale in October and entered the rankings at #17.
