TBS spring lineup revealed

In its most recent investor relations report, broadcaster TBS revealed some information about its lineup for the spring season. In addition to the previously announced “Tokkyu Tanaka 3 Go,” three other dramas were mentioned.

“Meotomichi” (Thursday 9:00pm) is a home drama produced by Mitsuru Yanai, who worked on the “3 Nen B Gumi Kinpachi Sensei” series.

“Kodoku no Kake” (Thursday 10:00pm) is about a love-hate relationship between an influential man in the financial world and an ambitious and beautiful woman. It has been reported that Hideaki Ito and Kyoko Hasegawa will play the lead roles, though no official announcement has been made.

A family comedy (currently untitled) will air on Sundays at 9:00pm.

The report also mentions two new variety programs, tentatively titled “Sekai Dream School!” (Saturday 7:00pm) and “Five Powers” (Saturday 8:00pm).
