Yuki Goto faces second arrest

Former EE JUMP member Yuki Goto, also known as the brother of Maki Goto, will once again be placed under police custody. He was indicted last month on charges of theft, but police suspect he was also involved in a separate incident.

According to the investigation, Yuki and two others entered a construction site at around 2:50am on September 27. They used weapons such as an iron pipe to threaten a 57-year-old male security guard. They tied the guard’s hands behind his back, then attacked him when he tried to escape.

Like the previous incident that Yuki was indicted for, he and his colleagues stole copper cable from the site. Police are treating it as a robbery and assault. Yuki has reportedly admitted to the charges.
